1. HOW DO YOU PURCHASE ONLINE IN SPODIUM?

  • Enter the WWW.SPODIUM.COM

  • Choose and select the item of your choice.

  • Choose size.

  • Click ADD TO CART

  • Go to CART.

  • Create an account.

  • To checkout click "buy now".

  • Entering data into PayPal and pay.

  • You will receive an email confirming the order and delivery time explaining and making itself available to clarify any doubts. 

2. HOW QUICKLY CLOTHING TO REACH YOU?

In WWW.SPODIUM.COM not work with stocks,  garments are made to when we receive each order. This means that from the moment you do the order until you get home garment spend on average about 15 days. At times and workload as time may be less. At other times when the garment is labor timeout may be longer. 3. HOW TO KNOW WHAT IS THE RIGHT SIZE?

4. WHAT IS THE PAYMENT?

Payments are made through PayPal. PayPal is a very reliable system and secure payment by which we never will have your bank details or credit card numbers. It is a completely reliable and secure system. 

Card payments via most credit or debit cards are also accepted. See logos cards are accepted.

5. RETURNS ARE MADE SHOPPING ONLINE?

If you turn your garment is not the right size can return or contact us at the following address: customerservice@spodium.com 

The transport costs of the return will be on your own. 

Admitted changes size and product returns provided they meet our return policy. Please read the policy change and returns on the part of Legal. 

6. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

7 € for shipments within Spain.

10 € for shipments  Spanish islands, Ceuta and Melilla. 

For other countries € 12. 

7. DO WE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes international shipments are made. 

8. CAN CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER THE ORDER MADE?

No .Once you receive the mail with the order confirmation you cannot make changes of direction.
